A little off the beaten path for a one night to pull off to sleep but the lake view on the morning was beautiful. Definitely worth a trip back for a longer stay.
Great place to stay, incredible customer service, I drove there from Florida and owners were very supported on Irma's event , great, beautiful and safe place to stay.
I drove up to see the solar eclipse here. It was amazing. These people will make you feel like you are long lost family coming to visit. From the moment I crossed their property I felt right at home. The area is beautiful, and they have everything you could ask for. Fishing, swimming, a place to boat, camping, a store, showers, internet, cable, they've got it all. My daughters loved to play with their dogs. One visit to the place and I will definitely be going back. I highly recommend you try these guys out. I only wish I had written their names down, as im terrible with names and theyre worth remembering!
The best and most friendly campground and marina. The rates are great and even has a motel and rental houses. Check it out yourselves.
Convenient for an overnight stop near I-95. Nice folks at desk. Had about 5 waterfront sites and the views were gorgeous. The rest of the camp appears to be permanent campers. Very few people actually in the campground when we were there in early March. Nice camp store. Main disappointment was the bath house. Extremely old, worn out, completely rusted and generally nasty. There was hot water though so that was good. Keep in mind this is primarily a fishing camp. Our site was right beside the boat ramp. Beautiful, but we had boats going in the water and trucks pulling back up the ramp several times during the night.
